If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please act promptly. We process orders swiftly, usually within 12 hours. If the items have already been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and return the items for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

It's essential to understand that certain circumstances may affect the refund process. We cannot guarantee a refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Frenchies World (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, etc.).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of frenchies.world.
