If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days, excluding 2-5 day processing), you have the option to request a refund or reshipment. Similarly, if you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a replacement. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a refund. In this case, please note that you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused.

Returning items is hassle-free. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items if needed. To initiate the return process, simply contact us via email at info@frenchbulldog.store, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please act promptly. We process orders swiftly, usually within 12 hours. You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification request to info@frenchbulldog.store. If the items have already been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and return the items for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

It's essential to understand that certain circumstances may affect the refund process. We cannot guarantee a refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Frenchies World (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, etc.).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of frenchies.world.

To request a refund, please make sure to submit your refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do this by sending an email to info@frenchbulldog.store.

Once your refund is approved, we will promptly process it, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
