You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification request to info@frenchbulldog.store. If the items have already been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and return the items for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

It's essential to understand that certain circumstances may affect the refund process. We cannot guarantee a refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Frenchies World (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, etc.).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of frenchies.world.

To request a refund, please make sure to submit your refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do this by sending an email to info@frenchbulldog.store.

Once your refund is approved, we will promptly process it, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any issues with lost or undelivered packages. We regret that we cannot be held liable for such instances.
