If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days, excluding 2-5 day processing), you have the option to request a refund or reshipment. In this case, please note that you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please act promptly. We process orders swiftly, usually within 12 hours. You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification request to info@frenchbulldog.store. If the items have already been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and return the items for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

It's essential to understand that certain circumstances may affect the refund process. We cannot guarantee a refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Frenchies World (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, etc.).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of frenchies.world.

Once your refund is approved, we will promptly process it, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
